Metering is done by FinOps (SS-60) and billed by Billing (SS-10) — the same dogfooded self-serve path that meters every tenant on the platform.

Egress served inside the Nexocloud edge fabric is zero-rated. There is no cross-service bandwidth ransom, and sovereign export never charges to get your data out.
